WP: install html code in a widget
Whether you want to log in to Wordpress or want to register the first time, go to the bottom of this page. Under My Sanity, you can register or log in to Wordpress.
Once you are in Site Admin, click on Design/Widgets. If you are running a template with more than one sidebar, select the sidebar you want to install the widget in.
Look over to the left side and you will see a bunch of different types of widgets. Look for the text widget and click add.
Give your widget a title after click on Edit at the right of the screen. Add your code in the space provided. Click Change and then click on Save Changes. Open up a new window to view your blog with its new Widget.
If you are adding Adsense to your blog, the ads may not show right away. Give it 10 minutes because Google needs to crawl your blog’s content and find relevant ads.
